Purchasing Assistant Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-120184)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Purchasing Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies.

Handle negotiations for pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions.

Ensure all purchasing processes meet health and safety regulations.

Oversee stock levels and collaborate with production planning to maintain optimal inventory.

Partner with quality assurance teams to ensure suppliers meet compliance standards.

Keep detailed and up-to-date procurement records for audit and reporting needs.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and support ongoing process improvements.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Support resolution of supplier concerns and participate in performance assessments.

Job Requirements:

Have min. three years of experience in a Purchasing Assistant Manager role within the manufacturing sector.

Strong command of business English.

Familiar with SAP Hana.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
