Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event planning for product launches and promotions across both online and offline platforms.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance company branding across both online and offline channels.
• Organize and coordinate public relations activities & media relations.
• Initiate, manage, and maintain relationship with the media and communities, also assess potentiality for collaborations or partnership (media/KOL/influencers/communities).
• Cross-collab to create and implement effective product promotion and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor content across all social media platforms, email, and the company website, providing recommendations and guidance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from Public Relations, Communication Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Public Relations, Event Management, Partnership. A background in the beauty or luxury industry is highly preferred.
• Presentable and representative in communication and appearance.
• Experienced in handling beauty events or exhibitions is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly initiative and creative-minded.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
