Job description

Brand Ambassador: Able to represent the restaurant’s identity and values through marketing efforts, staying true to its unique vibe and character.

Client Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, brands, and communities.

Community Engagement: Represent the restaurant at public events, community meetups, and hospitality industry gatherings.

Sales Performance: Achieve and track monthly sales targets by inviting guests to Young regularly.

Event Activation: Plan and execute events such as chef collaborations, celebrations, and special dining experiences.

Media & Influencer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with local media, bloggers, and key influencers.

Market Insights: Monitor competitors, explore new business opportunities, and identify niche market trends.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with Young's business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage, Marketing, Public Relations, or related areas.
  • Ability to maintain performance under pressure and adapt to workplace changes.
  • Ability to develop and sustain customer relationships based on understanding needs.
  • Support F&B operations by engaging customers, seeking feedback, and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
