Job Description
Operation
  • Conduct daily briefings with staff at the floor level. Manage and supervise all team tasks.
  • Ensure cleanliness of lobby areas, restaurants, meeting rooms, ballrooms, back of the house, parking areas, and corridors.
  • Replenish guest supplies and promptly attend to guest requests.
  • Attend to reports of damage or malfunction in hotel areas.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and proper state.
  • Maintain a section area report.
  • Conduct regular public area checklists.
  • Report unusual behavior or activities on floors to the Public Area Manager.
  • Accurately record room status in the allocated section.
  • Assist the Public Area Manager in assessing team members’ attendance and performance.
Other Responsibilities
  • Be well-versed in hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
