About the role

Eiger Ekowisata Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Public Area Supervisor to join our team in Bogor Regency, West Java. As a contract role, this position plays a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public spaces to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience. What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and other common spaces
• Ensure all cleaning staff follow established procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Inspect public areas on a regular basis and identify any issues or areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to cleaning staff to develop their skills and knowledge
• Liaise with other department heads to address any concerns or requirements
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and any incidents
• Assist with special projects or events as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
