PUBLIC AFFAIRS, COMMUNICATIONS, & SUSTAINABILITY TEAM

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia’s Public Affairs Communications & Sustainability (PACS) objective is to protect and maintain corporate reputation and business sustainability. We protect our reputation by building our presence and communicating our position and contribution to stakeholders, including our communities and internal employees. We proactively lead the public conversation on issues that matter most to us and help to manage risks that arise from those issues, policies, and regulations. We serve as the official source of information and bridge between internal and external stakeholders, and as a driver of sustainability culture at CCEP Indonesia.

YOUR TEAM

The Public Affairs (PA) team is responsible for Public Policy Advocacy, Managing External Stakeholder Engagement (government, community groups, industry associations, local media & TCCC), and ensuring Sustainability Agenda initiatives are implemented. The PA team routinely promotes the CCEP story through events and publications and ensures internal communication messages are executed and aligned across all operations.

YOUR ROLE

Public Affairs Manager is responsible for executing the regional Public Affairs strategy, including business planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and issue management at the local level to protect the organization’s reputation and support total CCEP. The role ensures internal alignment to respond to external issues, manages risk protection, and drives continuous growth of a positive corporate reputation. The Manager will manage internal–external data flow, create proactive narratives, advocacy briefs, and infographics to support external communications.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Represent the company and serve as the first point of contact for government and external stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder mapping, analysis, and engagement implementation at the local level.
  • Plan and execute public affairs local stakeholder management activities.
  • Establish issue management strategy and stakeholder mapping for regional advocacy and engagement plans.
  • Respond to external stakeholders during crises.
  • Collect, review, and analyze information and data from external and internal sources to support issue management.
  • Provide insights, data, and reports to the Head of Public Affairs.
CAREER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Relations, or Communication.

Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Public Affairs, Policy Advocacy, Government Relations, and Strategic Communication.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven success in advocacy, national and local government engagement, internal & external communications, including crisis management.
  • In-depth knowledge of government policy, regulatory assessment, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Experience engaging policymakers, civil society, NGOs and other stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent managerial and organizational abilities with attention to detail: managing work programs and projects, developing briefs, plans, and procedures.
  • Multinational company background is preferable.
