Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution; Master’s degree in a related field will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
- Experience teaching in Cambridge, IB, and IGCSE International schools preferred.
- Sound understanding of Indonesian Curriculum (e.g. Curriculum Merdeka), and IMYC or IMYP/IB or IGCSE will be an advantage.
- Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the subject.
- Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for students.
- Responsible for the teaching of Drama subjects, including tracking and assessing students’ work.
- Oversee the safety provision at the school, including pupil workshops.
- Highly motivated to serve children, engage students in the teaching and learning process, and set high standards for self and students.
- In-depth knowledge of the learners’ profile attributes and support students in developing desired skills aligned with them.
- Passionate about professional and personal growth to improve teaching practices.
- Prepare up-to-date teaching resources and instructional materials to increase students’ joy and effective engagement in their learning.
- Demonstrate an understanding of interdisciplinary teaching and learning.
- Continuously monitor students’ progress and make necessary changes in teaching strategies and lesson plans to meet students’ needs.
- Collaborative and demonstrates independence and enthusiasm in sharing professional practices with colleagues.
- Understand, respect, and appreciate diverse cultures, and a sense of global stewardship and responsibility.
