Join a dynamic property development team in one of Bali’s most sought-after locations.
VARUNA Property is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies for our current and upcoming real estate projects. You'll be part of a passionate and professional team working on high-quality residential and commercial developments – starting with our signature project in Ubud: OMO Living.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Lead and manage all sales activities for our development projects, starting with OMO Living.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international sales partners.
  3. Organize and participate in client meetings, project site visits, and sales events.
  4. Track leads and maintain CRM systems to ensure an efficient and transparent sales process.
  5. Report on market feedback, buyer interests, and sales progress to senior management.
  6. Support marketing initiatives by aligning sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally in Bali or similar markets.
  2. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  3. Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
  4. A network of real estate agents and brokers is a strong advantage.
  5. Self-motivated, well-organized, and client-oriented.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.
