Role Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Property Agent to join our team at Aluna Land. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, while building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Guide clients through smooth transactions with personalized service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic negotiations, client engagement, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling renewals and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Manage client databases, follow up with leads in real time, and ensure timely responses through various channels.
  • Identify and acquire land and property opportunities across Bali through market research and networking.
  • Source new property listings by building relationships with owners, developers, and investors.
  • Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
  • Conduct property tours and provide expert insights during site visits.
  • Support content creation by hosting property tours and collaborating with the Social Media team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent understanding of Bali’s real estate market
  • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Must be based in Bali for in-person property viewings and client meetings
