Available Positions and Job Descriptions

1. Listing Agent Expert

Responsibilities:

• Listing Villas: List 4 villas per week.
• Data Entry: Input listing data accurately.
• Photography: Take high-quality pictures of villas.
• Owner Relations: Maintain strong relationships with villa owners.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate listing.
• Proficiency in data entry and photography.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Bali based location or want to relocate.

2. Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Daily Listings: Post listings on all platforms daily.
• Client Acquisition: Find potential clients/buyers.
• Viewings: Arrange villa viewings with clients.
• Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with clients.
• Database Review: Match client database with existing listings and conduct soundings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate marketing.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Proficiency in using various marketing platforms.
• Bali based location or want to relocate.

3. Admin

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Input data accurately.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with villa owners.
• Listing Updates: Update listing statuses.
• Office Administration: Handle office responsibilities including salary, schedule, and legal documents.

Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative roles.
• Proficiency in data entry and office management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bali based location or want to relocate.
