Property Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Property Marketing Manager at Kartika Sari Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our commercial property portfolio in Bandung, West Java. This full-time position requires a strategic and results-oriented individual who can effectively market and lease our diverse range of commercial properties to prospective tenants.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our commercial properties and secure high-quality tenants.
2. Identify and target potential tenants through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
3. Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including negotiations, contract drafting, and tenant onboarding.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing and leasing decisions.
5. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless tenant experiences and high occupancy rates.
6. Maintain accurate records and reporting on property performance, marketing initiatives, and leasing activities.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property marketing, leasing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successfully marketing and leasing commercial properties to a diverse range of tenants.
3. Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in Bandung and the surrounding region.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential tenants.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimize marketing and leasing performance.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve shared goals.
