Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Helpdesk Associate for a 1-year contract in Jakarta. The role supports daily IT operations across Cove properties, handles incident tickets, and assists the IT Manager with onboarding and ISP provisioning.

You will manage hardware dispatch, asset records, and internal IT service requests to ensure smooth property operations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in IT, experience in IT helpdesk or technical operations, and solid knowledge of networking

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology field.
• Experience in IT Helpdesk, Customer Support or Technical Operations.
• Familiar with networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi‑Fi) and basic IT procurement.
• Strong documentation and ticketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for property IT issues and tickets.
• Troubleshoot and log tickets, coordinate with ISPs to resolution within SLAs.
• Monitor network maintenance, outages, and device configurations.
• Document network assets, IP addresses, bandwidth, and inventory.
• Assist in onboarding for new property sites and vendor coordination.
• Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support to Cove staff and site teams.
