Job summary

Cove, located in Jakarta, is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Associate/Specialist/Supervisor on a 1-year contract. The role focuses on supporting Cove’s property network infrastructure, handling daily IT helpdesk requests, and coordinating with ISPs for smooth onboarding and uptime.

Qualifications

• D3 diploma in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT helpdesk or technical operations.
• Knowledge of basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
• Willingness to travel to property sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT Helpdesk anchor for Cove’s property network operations.
• Resolve daily internet issues and log tickets within SLAs.
• Monitor ISP maintenance and supply timely alerts to teams.
• Maintain centralized network documentation and asset records.
• Assist IT Manager in onboarding and ISP provisioning for new properties.
• Handle internal IT requests for Cove staff and coordinate hardware dispatch.
• Escalate unresolved issues to vendor account managers when needed.
