Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Property and Estate Management function, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of property services across the company's portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic property management initiatives aimed at maximizing the value of the portfolio.
  • Oversee day-to-day property management operations, tenant relations, facilities management, and maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure best-in-class service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure that all properties comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for property enhancements, redevelopments, and acquisitions to drive portfolio growth and value.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for the property management division, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for portfolio optimization and investment strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong track record of success in managing large and diverse portfolios.
  • At least 5+ years in a senior property management role
  • In-depth knowledge of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant services.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and revenue maximization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and senior executives.
  • A thorough understanding of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
