Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging video/photo content for site progress and home tours (TikTok, IG, YouTube).
• Social Media Management: maintain content calendar, write property descriptions, engage followers to build a community.
• Paid Lead Generation: run, monitor, optimize paid campaigns across Meta/Google/TikTok to attract buyers.
• Performance Tracking: analyze reach, engagement, ad spend, and cost-per-lead to improve results.
