Job summary

Prakarsa Lestari Jaya is seeking a diligent Legal Staff to draft, review, and manage agreements, PPJBs, and various company documents. You will ensure land documentation and property legality, coordinating with notaries, PPATs, consultants, and government agencies to secure compliance and proper record keeping.

The role requires a Law degree, willingness to handle legal research, and the ability to work both independently and in teams with meticulous attention to detail and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Strong ability to draft and review legal documents.
• Solid understanding of land law and property-related contracts.
• Ability to research laws and regulations as needed.
• Meticulous, communicative, and able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and examine agreements, contracts, PPJB, and company legal documents.
• Manage and monitor land documentation, certificates, permits, and property legality
• Coordinate with notaries, PPAT, legal consultants, government agencies, and other relevant parties
• Conduct legal research to ensure company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure completeness and security of company and property legal documents
