We’re looking for enthusiastic and professional Promotional Representatives (SPG / SPB) to represent our brand at Ciputra World Mall Surabaya.

What You Will Do

• Actively promote and demonstrate products to potential customers
• Engage with people to create a positive brand experience
• Assist in product monitoring
• Provide product knowledge and answer customer queries
• Report feedback and sales data to the supervisor

What We Would Like To See In You

• 18 - 25 y/o
• Min. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• +1 year work experience in promotional, fresh graduates are welcomed
• Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed
• Quick learner and adaptive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in promotions or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Willing to work on weekends and flexible shifts
• Comfortable in wearing costume during work
