Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in promotions or administrative roles
  • Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, responsible, and has a strong sense of art
  • Proficient in MS Office, presentation, internet & digital tools, and event budgeting systems
  • Able to work well in a team and manage multiple promotional activities simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Plan and monitor monthly promotional activities, including budgeting and material preparation
  • Coordinate with branches, vendors, and external partners for event execution and proposal submission
  • Support event logistics—conduct site surveys, prepare materials, and assist during campaigns
  • Process documentation such as proposals, budget requests, vendor payments, and reports using systems
  • Create reports and analyses on event outcomes, prospect data, and promotional effectiveness
