Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project & Supply Chain to join our growing team in the fragrance industry. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and product development procurement coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, stock availability, and smooth execution of product development and launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.

Coordinate with production teams to track stock movements and ensure timely replenishments.

Analyze stock turnover, forecast demand, and plan purchasing accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and manage stock audits periodically.

Source raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from local and international suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to meet production and sales timelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance.

Coordinate with logistics and importing agencies for import shipments.

Project Management

Support and coordinate new product development (NPD) timelines from sourcing to launch.

Work with cross-functional teams including product development, design, marketing, and production to ensure projects meet deadlines.

Reporting & Analysis

Generate forecast reports purchase orders

Identify risks or bottlenecks in supply chain and suggest actionablesolutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Must have minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain; preferably in FMCG or beauty/fragrance industry.

Fluent in English (oral and written).

Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

On-site Job (WFO in Tangerang Selatan) and mobile if needed (e.g. supplier visits, warehouse checks).

Able to join immediately.
