Qualifications

• Diplôme minimum en Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering.
• Expérience dans les aménagements commerciaux (min. 2 ans).

Responsibilities

• Superviser l'implémentation des travaux et gérer les équipes sur site.
• Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires et des rapports de coûts de projet.
• Assurer la conformité avec la sécurité et la qualité des travaux.

Job description

Being responsible on site by leading, controlling and supervising the implementation of interior fit-out and construction work in terms of timeline, quality, quantity and rate of achievement of volume / physical realization in accordance with the work design.

Ensure that drawing can be implemented for the construction.

Ensuring the suitability of the drawing and Bill of Quantity (BoQ).

Make short-term plans for tasks that have been set by the company and in charge of making Work Activity Schedules and worker/vendor-partner schedules.

Supervise the usage of materials, equipment and methods of implementation, and oversee the timeliness and costs of construction workers/vendor-partners.

Ensure the availability of the materials and coordinate with Project Manager/Operations Manager for the stock supply and the material production / procurement.

Overseeing the site before, during and after the material installation.

Become an intermediary between field teams and Management by supplying accurate and update information.

Produce weekly report and project cost report to Management.

Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.

Enforce the rules that have been set by the company and evaluate the workers performance.

Assisting client for site visit as requested.

Adheres to company work processes and ISO implementations.

Reporting to Project Manager/ Operation Manager.

General Requirement:

Maximum 35 years old for Project Supervisory roles.

Minimum Bachelor degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering or 5 years direct work experiences.

Minimum 2 year experiences in the commercial fit-outs (Offices, F&Bs, Retails).

Familiar with construction management (project planning, implementation & scheduling).

Understand Auto CAD, Shop Drawing and Ms Project Office.

Communicative and able to manage the team and vendor-partners.

Ready to work under pressure and willing to work overtime/odd hours following project needs.

Have strong leadership skills and value to team work onsite and within the company.

Honest, thorough, responsible, discipline and can work both in team and individually.

Willing to be assigned in any project area.

Stays in Jakarta area is preferred.

Available to join immediately.

Fluency in English is preferred
