Responsibilities:
- Ensure the project manager advises the brand on CAPEX required for new projects.
- Identify potential roadblocks to project delivery, manage risks, and resolve issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities of all internal and external teams (project, design, finance, logistics, consultants, landlords, etc.) to ensure responsibilities are aligned with the project timeline and successful delivery.
- Conduct and communicate initial photographic and dimensional site surveys of new and existing sites as per project requirements.
- Manage the RFI process, ensuring all relevant documentation and due diligence are completed.
- Liaise with landlords, local authorities, professional consultants, and manage contractors to secure all necessary approvals to commence work.
- Complete all project-based administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Coordinate the delivery of procured items (flooring, lighting, signage, etc.) and ensure they are installed and protected at the site upon completion.
- Prepare and ensure the completion of defects and snags for handover to the brand management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Design or Civil Engineering.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in interior fit-out/retail environments.
- Strong leadership skills including visioning and aligning teams.
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good network and relationships within the industry are advantageous.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.
- Excellent time management, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.
- Able to deliver high-quality work standards.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia.
