Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the project manager advises the brand on CAPEX required for new projects.
  2. Identify potential roadblocks to project delivery, manage risks, and resolve issues with relevant stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate activities of all internal and external teams (project, design, finance, logistics, consultants, landlords, etc.) to ensure responsibilities are aligned with the project timeline and successful delivery.
  4. Conduct and communicate initial photographic and dimensional site surveys of new and existing sites as per project requirements.
  5. Manage the RFI process, ensuring all relevant documentation and due diligence are completed.
  6. Liaise with landlords, local authorities, professional consultants, and manage contractors to secure all necessary approvals to commence work.
  7. Complete all project-based administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  8. Coordinate the delivery of procured items (flooring, lighting, signage, etc.) and ensure they are installed and protected at the site upon completion.
  9. Prepare and ensure the completion of defects and snags for handover to the brand management team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Design or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in interior fit-out/retail environments.
  • Strong leadership skills including visioning and aligning teams.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good network and relationships within the industry are advantageous.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.
  • Excellent time management, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to deliver high-quality work standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia.
