Job description

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a dynamic Project Supervisor to join our team and oversee exciting initiatives. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in handling construction projects for the F&B and Retail Industry. If you meet these criteria, please apply for this position.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Experience managing restaurant or cafe construction, both standalone and within buildings
  • Willing to travel
  • Ability to liaise effectively between owners and contractors
  • Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Knowledge of MEP and Gas Installation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys and assessments of potential construction sites for F&B establishments, evaluating relevant factors
  • Supervise, oversee, and coordinate the construction process, ensuring site safety and compliance with administrative requirements, in support of the Project Manager
  • Review and distribute drawing plans, ensuring proper dissemination and that construction aligns with the plans
  • Oversee pre-construction and construction phases to ensure adherence to timelines, managing contractors and vendors
  • Visit project sites regularly to identify risks and ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage the handover process from landlord to contractor and subsequently to the Operations division
  • Prepare and submit documents related to construction activities (e.g., fitting out forms, deposits)
  • Support other project duties and supervise team members as required
