Job description

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same field, especially in handling private and government projects.
• Strong market analysis skills and experience in negotiating large projects.
• Understanding of project flow, including tendering, procurement, and implementation processes.
• Ability to work both in teams and independently with target orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Possess a valid SIM A and willing to travel frequently.
• Experience in managing project documents and resolving complaints is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned to various TACO locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure targets are met, including winning projects, product range, project portfolio leads, and product specifications.
• Conduct market penetration for private and government projects and build strong networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Monitor ongoing projects and collaborate to realize project procurement.
• Supervise projects or workshops, manage dispatch documents, and resolve complaints.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress and competitor activities.
• Willing to travel for business trips as needed.
