Job Responsibility

1. Assist the project manager in executing project management tasks to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
2. Monitor milestone completion status, provide regular progress updates, and maintain project transparency and controllability.
3. Assist in identifying project risks and report risk assessments and control strategies to the project manager.
4. Participate in communication and interaction with clients, gather client feedback, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation in compliance with quality management standards, including regular updates and archiving of critical files.
6. Coordinate and resolve collaboration issues between departments during project implementation to ensure smooth project progress.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant project management experience.
2. Good in English, can use English as a working language.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, presentation skills, clear logical thinking, self-driven, proactive in learning.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
