Job description

Assist the Project Manager in monitoring factory fabrication to ensure compliance with client requirements and technical specifications.

Coordinate and facilitate smooth project implementation at the assigned site.

Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure construction meets technical standards.

Implement quality control measures to maintain workmanship standards.

Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations regarding work areas, methods, materials, and equipment.

Submit daily reports on completed work and worker movements at the site.

Prepare site equipment and liaise with Production to plan and set up necessary facilities according to Mall’s Landlord requirements.

Job Requirements

(A) Education & Certifications

Possess a valid driving license.

Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant industries such as fit-out or construction, with at least 2 years in site supervision.

Experience in reading Bill of Quantities, interpreting construction/technical drawings, and identifying building materials.

Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and work independently.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and planning skills.

Willingness to travel overseas and outstation.

Physically fit to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items.

Ability to work cooperatively, flexibly, and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
