Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits to understand their needs and reinforce product trust - focusing on Projects specifically
  • Build relationships with EPCs, Contractors, etc
  • Share insights on customer engagement strategies with the sales team
  • Develop and supervise the sales team, providing training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and strategic selling.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide timely feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee daily activities, including customer visits, account development, and quotations, ensuring comprehensive project coverage.
  • Set and monitor sales targets related to order value, revenue, and gross profit to achieve budget goals.
Requirement
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Relevant professional membership (e.g., engineering or sales associations)
