Job description

· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive project-based revenue growth.

· Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with consultants and MEP vendors in the hospitality construction sector.

· Manage the sales process from lead generation to project closing, including negotiation and contract finalization.

· Collaborate with internal teams (technical, presales, and operations) to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

· Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships through professional account management.

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Pleasant personality, mentally strong
  • Excellent health conditions
  • Strong industry network
  • Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale projects
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High initiative, self-motivation, and target-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
