Tasks

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and design-savvy Project Sales Executive to lead and grow our B2B project pipeline. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for interiors and architecture, and a track record of converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and manage key accounts including developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Drive sales growth through project-based business (villas, hotels, residential, and commercial developments).
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to proposal development and deal closing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasting.
  • Represent Ahti Interiors at industry events, exhibitions, and site visits when needed.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and design innovations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/project sales, ideally in interiors, sanitary ware, tiles, lighting, or related industries.
  • Strong network within the design and real estate community in Bali and/or Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for design and an understanding of what matters to design-focused clients.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English.
