Job description

· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive project-based revenue growth.

· Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with Consultant, MEP vendor in the hospitality construction sector.

· Manage the sales process from lead generation to project closing, including negotiation and contract finalization.

· Collaborate with internal teams (technical, presales, and operations) to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

· Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships through professional account management.

Promoting Our Solutions, Offline & Online

Finding New Customer/New Territory and Managed current account

Conducting Presentation

Sending Quote and Closing deal

Other Administrative task (sales report,Pipeline, PO/Invoice Process)

Requirements:

Age 22 - 30 Years.

Attractive renumeration package including Salary, Sales Incentive, Mobile and Transport Allowance.

Minimum S1/D3 with minimum GPA of 2.80.

Preferably persons with passion for Sales and or IT Industry.

Preferably experience in preparing quotes and tenders.

Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Ability to articulate product features and benefits to all levels of prospect’s organization, from purchasing agents up the executive level.

Strong organizational and time management skills, a high level of motivation, requiring minimal supervision and be self-driven to achieve measured and expected success.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).

Able to communicate in English.
