Job description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, especially HVAC.
  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics.
  • Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, owners, etc.
  • Fundamental business acumen.
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • People handling skills and enjoy meeting people.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct sales activities by assisting dealers with product knowledge training, pricing, negotiations, stock availability, project proposals, and preparing related documents and sales materials to achieve sales targets.
  2. Visit existing and prospective dealers to support their marketing and selling efforts.
  3. Follow up on new project leads from engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, or project owners and cultivate customer relationships across industries.
  4. Assist dealers in conducting sales presentations and initial contacts with owners or contractors to meet sales goals.
  5. Support dealers in negotiations and terms of sale and service agreements according to company policy.
  6. Verify project specifications based on sales and service agreements.
  7. Prepare and deliver project documentation for administrative and operational processes.
  8. Update project status and progress for management reporting.
