We are seeking a talented and driven PROJECT SALES professional to join our dynamic team at our company in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management divisions (experience with government projects preferred)

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions

Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to secure new business

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth project completion and client satisfaction

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to drive growth

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to inform your sales strategy

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably with government/private sector projects

Experience in the sanitary/plumbing/HDPE pipe industry preferred

Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customized solutions

Proficient in using sales-related tools and technology to drive efficiency and Effectiveness

A degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Willing to work in the West Jakarta area

Willing to travel on business
