Job description

Overview

Lead overall project management and governance for the Managed Service workstream. Drive the implementation of recommended initiatives. Conduct assessments of current campaign processes for Early Month on Book and Dormancy campaigns through interviews and documentation reviews. Develop tactical campaigns to increase card usage for both domestic and cross-border transactions. Create and maintain a campaign and communication roadmap for Early Month on Book and Dormancy campaigns. Develop campaign concepts, briefs, and budgets. Design campaign structures/reward constructs to achieve defined objectives. Act as PMO lead, ensuring campaigns are implemented effectively in collaboration with internal and external marketing communication teams. Review existing retention strategies and support the development of new initiatives to improve retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in payments, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong background in campaign development, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
