We are a leading property developer, committed to shaping inspiring spaces — and we’re looking for a Project Planner to help us bring our ambitious projects to life.

Your Role:

Develop and manage project schedules from concept to completion

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams

Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and propose solutions

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a well known university with GPA min 3.2

Proven experience in property development project planning for 2 years or more

Able to make siteplan and masterplan

Able to present the planning

Creative and innovative in advising the plan

Able to finished target work according the deadline

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools
