Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities to ensure alignment with program goals and timelines.
- Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with participants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
- Manage and oversee 3 vendors, including their tasks and reporting via dashboard and internal application.
- Operate and maintain the project dashboard and application reports to ensure real-time accuracy and monitoring.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for volunteers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring operational clarity.
- Assist in data management, including participant registration, financial transactions, and reporting.
- Support evaluation efforts through post-event surveys and feedback sessions.
- Assist in analysis and insight building from program execution for continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Project Management, Communication, Social Work, or related field.
- Prior experience in community engagement, vendor coordination, or event/program execution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiar with budget monitoring, activity scheduling, and reporting.
- Comfortable working with diverse groups: vendors, stakeholders, community leaders, and volunteers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, etc).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Able to commit to a hybrid work setup, with WFO 3 times a week.
- Resilient and responsive, especially during peak qurban season (Ramadan–Idul Adha).
