Job description

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing and acquisition initiatives, this role ensures the quality and consistency of all content and copywriting across various ongoing projects, including brand development (e.g., Odillon), hybrid acquisition events, and innovation-led campaigns. The position involves crafting clear and strategic content briefs, managing KOL partnerships from selection to execution, and maintaining up-to-date performance data from Ads Manager to support acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring all content & copywriting for current projects such as Hybrid Acquisition, brand development project (Odillon), next gen project, and so on
  • Develop new brief content or key messages for related exposure plan projects
  • Monitoring KOL projects starts from shortlisting, filtering, approaching, briefing and monitoring
  • Update daily data for acquisition team from ads manager
  • Develop new campaigns for digital marketing ads including maintaining and monitoring the weekly campaign plan to ensure smooth execution
  • Compile and organize final marketing assets for each campaign from start to finish
  • Work closely with the others team (including creative, performance marketing, voucher) to request and finalize campaign needs, including detailed briefs and ensuring timely asset delivery
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related positions
  • Strong knowledge & interest in marketing, particularly in e-commerce
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc) (preferable)
  • Able to create a brief creative and editorial plan for marketing
  • High attention to detail, proactive, and well-structured in your approach
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Able to work from our office in Dago, Bandung
