Wahana Media Entertainment, a leading entertainment group in Indonesia, seeks for Project Officer

Do you have a passion for managing projects, brainstorming ideas, and turning plans into action?

We’re looking for a Project Officer to support our Project Manager in handling creative and digital projects, from pitching, preparing proposals, to making sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain all end to end project management process
  • Collaborate with another team and stakeholders, mainly with client and Internal team
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new project
  • Managing and mitigating any risk possibilities in the project
  • Maintaining, calculating and projecting budget and timeline for any project
  • Developing detail of plans, design, and monitoring progress accurately
  • Doing administration and reporting for each project
  • Conducting research on market trends for relatable project
  • Establishing great relationship with clients and other stakeholder
Requirements
  • Anyone with any background, have at least 1 years of relevant work experience managing several project
  • Strong communication, detail-oriented, problem solving , negotiation, people management and administration skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail
  • Team player who loves to interact with people
  • Plus: familiar with basic design tools like Canva
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in preparing documents (proposals, budgets, reports)
