Project Manager - Software - Jakarta (B-116396)

The working venue is in Sudirman, Central Jakarta.

Our client is a Software company. Currently, they are looking for a Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote a project to develop new functions for the SaaS service.
2. Implement and operate an agile development process.
3. Manage and train team members (5 people).
4. Plan, manage progress, and coordinate resources for development projects.
5. Solve problems and liaise with the head office in Japan.
6. Support the future launch of the company's own products in the Indonesian team.
7. Communicate with Japanese engineers in Japan.
8. Attend a PG job interview.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Business level English.
2. More than 4 years of software development experience (using JAVA/Spring Boot).
3. More than 4 years of experience using JAVA and PostgreSQL.
4. Experience in creating/reviewing detailed designs.
5. Experience implementing and reviewing source code.
6. Project leader experience (team of 2 or more people).
7. Experience performing acceptance tests.
8. Experience estimating task costs (time) within a project.
9. Experience interviewing and assessing programmers' technical skills.

Preferable Skill / Experience:

1. Have working experience in a Japanese company or living in Japan.
2. Have working experience in a newly established company.
