Biji-Biji Initiative is immediately seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team!

About the role

As a Project Manager, your role includes:

  • Program Coordination & Logistics. Manage scheduling, participant onboarding, budgeting, travel, accommodation, venues, and equipment.
  • Communication & Collaboration. Act as the main point of contact, facilitate communication among stakeholders, distribute updates, and organize meetings/events.
  • Program Support & Development. Assist with curriculum/workshop implementation, recruit/select participants, and provide administrative/logistical support.
  • Risk & Challenge Management. Identify, assess, and address potential risks and challenges to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Continuous Improvement & Evaluation. Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.

You are an ideal candidate if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in social impact, community development, or employment programmes.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for social impact and community engagement.
  • You enjoy occasional travel across Malaysia with flexibility to meet project and client needs at various location.
