Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Property to lead and manage our property development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Planning & Landscape, Engineering, Estate, Procurement, and Construction.

Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Monitor and report on project progress, including budget, timeline, and quality metrics.

Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage and develop project teams, including training and performance management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on property development (Landed and integrated township).

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and communication.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in project management software (Autocad, Ms.Project, Ms.Office, SAP 2000, ETABS)
