Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar platforms).
• Experience with APIs and system integrations (e.g., with property management software like Guesty, Hostaway or SiteMinder).
• Familiarity with villa management workflows: reservations, guest services, maintenance, and reporting.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
• Ability to create Gantt charts, manage milestones, and track progress.
• Has experience in ERP implementation, with at least in villa or hospitality management
• Able to work in Ubud, Bali.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project roadmap for ERP implementation, focusing on villa management operations.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with department heads (e.g., Reservations, Revenue, eCommerce, IT).
• Act as the liaison between vendors, developers, and internal teams.
• Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Provide clear communication of goals, updates, and issues.
