About Our Client

Our client is a regional based company specializing in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), offering a platform designed to facilitate the digital transformation of industrial enterprises.

Job Description

  1. Regularly communicate and report to client stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  2. Develop regional delivery plans and strategies, coordinate client and team resources to drive equipment logistics, installation, and utilization across multiple regions.
  3. Collaborate with vendor teams and internal R&D teams to deliver software/hardware solutions on time and to specification, coordinating critical tasks for internal and on-site verification.
  4. Define milestone-driven delivery strategies to ensure project completion while maintaining stable post-delivery autonomous operations.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Pre-sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to draft SOW documentation based on pre-sales proposals, conduct cost/plan assessments, and support contract finalization.
  2. Delivery Execution: Organize resources and lead project teams through requirements gathering, development, system deployment, and acceptance phases.
  3. Mobilize internal/external resources and guide implementation consultants and development consultants to complete assigned tasks.
  4. Manage on-site personnel and maintain executive-level communication with clients on project status.
  5. Own gross margin and client satisfaction targets by managing scope, schedule, quality, risks, costs, and change requests throughout delivery.
  6. Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related fields; 4+ years in integrated project management; experience in forestry, water conservancy, or agriculture digitalization, or background in requirements analysis/technical development.
  7. Preferred: PMP certification; mastery of waterfall and agile methodologies; ability to independently design project management frameworks with clear phase deliverables.
  8. Excellent English proficiency (written, spoken, listening).
  9. Native Indonesian.
