Job description

Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputable university.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture & interior construction projects.

Must be quality and initiative-minded to meet all deadlines.

Capacity to produce detailed Bill of Quantities (BQ) is essential.

Fluent in speaking and writing English.

Demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities.

Mature with excellent communication skills.

Well-organized with excellent reporting skills.

Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Creating the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for interior projects, ensuring accurate estimation of materials and costs.
• Managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinating with project stakeholders such as clients, designers, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring projects stay within the agreed timescale and budget.
• Handling delays or problems encountered on site.
• Managing QA, QC, and HSE of the work carried out.
