Job description

Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets

Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders

Identify and mitigate risks, issues and challenges that may impact project delivery

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards

Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior management

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

Mentor and develop the project delivery team

Requirements:

Significant experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction of high-rise buildings

Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex construction projects from start to finish

Strong understanding of construction methods, technologies, building codes and regulations

Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively lead, motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
