Get to Know the Team

  • You'll play an important role in the Regional GrabAds Self-Serve Strategy & Planning team. Our main focus is supporting project management and creating go-to-market plans to enhance self-serve products. We work with multiple departments, including GrabAds, Product, Marketing, OmniCommerce, Food & CE, and other partners, to tailor self-serve solutions for our merchants.

Get to Know the Role

  • Report into the Project Management & Go-To-Market for Self-Serve Business team.
  • You will contribute to regional business development programs and design project plans that drive the launch of self-serve products and features, supporting our business growth. You will promote self-serve services across Grab's ecosystem and collaborate cross-functionally to identify solutions that meet merchant needs.
  • We are looking for someone with a business-focused mindset and analytical skills, ready to develop innovative ideas alongside stakeholders.
  • You will report to the Manager, Self Serve Business Project Management & GTM and be based in Grab Jakarta, working onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Lead Strategic Programs: You will lead teams in strategic projects, from product rollouts to user acquisition, coordinating effectively from planning through implementation.
  • End-to-End Project Management: You will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinating with teams and partners to achieve milestones.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You will leverage data to guide your decisions—conducting in-depth analyses to uncover insights, address project challenges, and guide meaningful outcomes.
  • Identify Opportunities for Innovation and Growth: You will coordinate communication efforts to ensure smooth collaboration and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
  • Regular Reporting: You will handle routine reporting tasks for quarterly and biannual reviews, keeping partners informed of progress.
  • Process Optimization: You will identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve team efficiency and productivity.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You have at least 6+ years of experience, with 4-5 years in digital advertising, covering sales, enablement, operations, or marketing.
  • You have experience in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, successful product launches, and achieving market entry targets.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • You have excellent ability to manage stakeholder relationships at different levels within the organization.
  • You have experience in a matrix organizational structure, excelling in complex settings.
