Job Description

1. Managing customer projects from Indonesia & Australia GIN Business Lines according to the ACTA project process, from initial proposal stage through to order and customer acceptance, and hand over to Business Line Service.
2. Taking full responsibility of every phase during project execution ensuring we meet budgetary, scope and quality requirements and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
3. Assisting the Business Lines with technical and financial pre-studies, involving technical solution and cost calculation to maintain profit margin level in a good level, and define potential future projects.
4. Co-operating closely with Innovation Centre & Global Project team for larger projects.

Main Responsibilities

1. Create detailed project plans, including timescales, scope and budgets and ensuring that they are regularly updated and communicated to all involved parties.
2. Responsible to deliver the project within the pre calculated financial budget.
3. Efficiently manage several projects at any one time following the laid down project procedures and internal routines.
4. Liaise with the Application Centre and nominated local sub-contractors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that agreed targets are met.
5. Manage contractors and internal service personnel during installation and commissioning stages to ensure that customer requirements are met.
6. Communicate required information to other Global Project team to obtain references proposal solutions, both electrical and mechanical drawing references that meets customer requirements.
7. Create detailed project proposals, including accurate costing, technical scope and resources needed to assist the business lines taking business decisions for future projects.
8. Conducts lessons learned after every finished project and pre-study to reuse identified best practices. Continuously improve our project execution to achieve best possible future results.
9. Deliver Projects solutions in time to bring value to customers and meet with customer expectations & satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years in Project Engineer or experiences handling Project
2. Good command of English
3. Able to use 3D drawing software and Microsoft Project is a plus
