About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at PT. RJGF International Indonesia, a leading construction company. As the Project Manager FTTH, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) projects in Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and control. Your expertise in construction project management will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of our FTTH infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
2. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
4. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely resolution of any issues
5. Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management
6. Optimise project processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in FTTH
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
3. Proficiency in managing multiple, concurrent projects and meeting deadlines
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
6. Familiarity with FTTH technology and infrastructure deployment processes
7. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
8. PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
