• Overall Project Lead – responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of implementation phase
• Maintain overall project timeline, cost, and resource
• Manage dependencies to other BAU initiatives for core & surrounding system (alignment with BAU)
• Responsible to manage PMO team’s activities & deliverables to facilitate smooth project management
• Understand and report on overall project status and progress, risk/issue from all workstream
