Project Manager (Financial Services)

On behalf of a leading & multinational financial services (payment processing) company, Monroe Consulting Group is seeking for a dynamic Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects focused on payment processing, card management systems, and EFT switching.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in banking and financial services.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, card management systems, and EFT switching.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred.
