A regional finance transformation initiative is underway-and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong insurance background to lead critical workstreams across Finance, Actuarial, and ALM.

Location: Indonesia (Hybrid setup)
Job Type: Contract | Competitive Daily Rate

A regional finance transformation initiative is underway-and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong insurance background to lead critical workstreams across Finance, Actuarial, and ALM.

Only candidates with insurance industry experience will be considered.

What You'll Do:
You'll drive the implementation of a fast-paced financial close transformation program. Working with local and regional teams, you'll ensure alignment, track progress, and manage risk across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, tracking, and reporting across business and regional stakeholders

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Actuarial, IT, and vendors

  • Manage project governance, risk, and training activities

  • Maintain project documentation and deliver high-quality reporting

  • Ensure successful execution within time, scope, and budget

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience

  • Strong project management background (certification preferred: PMI, Prince2, etc.)

  • Mandatory: Previous experience in the insurance industry

  • Exposure to finance transformations, IFRS 17/IFRS 4, or actuarial programs

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio; SAP/Hyperion/Moody's is a plus

  • Bonus: Accounting or actuarial qualifications; Six Sigma/Lean background
