A fast-growing FMCG company specializing in frozen and chilled food products, with a robust national distribution network and expanding visibility across Southeast Asia.

Role Overview

This position will lead the full lifecycle of ERP and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between core systems and business operations. You'll serve as the key liaison between business units and external development partners.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Project Ownership

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation using Yonyou ERP, coordinating with external vendor teams and internal stakeholders.

Oversee the alignment of ERP functions with manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and other business domains.

Application Development Management

Plan, manage, and supervise the development of custom applications that integrate with the ERP system.

Ensure technical feasibility, usability, and scalability of the application within existing IT infrastructure.

Integration

Define integration plans between the ERP system and other internal/external platforms.

Ensure data synchronization and accuracy across all systems involved.

Collaborate closely with department heads to understand operational needs and translate them into system functionalities.

Act as the point of contact between the organization and the outsourced development team (Yonyou and others).

Project Monitoring

Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Provide project status reports and documentation to senior leadership.

System Optimization & Future Readiness

Continuously evaluate the ERP setup for improvements and new feature rollouts.

Support future hiring, including mentoring the ERP Analyst and potential in-house developers.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, especially ERP implementation in manufacturing or distribution businesses.

Prior experience handling end-to-end application development projects.

Hands-on involvement in vendor coordination and business-IT alignment.

Technical Expertise:

Strong command of Java development (must-have).

Understanding of system architecture, cloud/on-premise infrastructure, and application security.

Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Yonyou, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Exposure to manufacturing or FMCG business operations is a strong advantage.

Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, and ability to communicate with technical teams and business users effectively.
